If you are looking for a free cooking class on healthy foods then you should consider attending one of Williams-Sonoma’s popular free in store cooking technique classes to learn the art and science of cooking from their own culinary experts in October 2011. The next free cooking class offered is THE NEW POWER FOOD: GRAINS on Sunday, October 16 (click at bottom for more information).  This is going to be a great class on these excellent power foods!    The specific class times may vary from place to place, and you’ll need to RSVP. Sundays are their cooking technique class days.
